Confirmations & Cancellations
If you have booked your appointment through our online booking system, you will receive an email confirmation 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If we do not have your email on file, you will receive a telephone confirmation the day before your scheduled appointment.
Things do happen, If you find you are unable to keep an appointment, we request a minimum 24-hour notice for standard appointments. Clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Returns or Exchanges
If you are not happy with your product purchase, please bring it back, and we will be happy to exchange it for something more suitable to your needs. If not a store credit will be issued, (from 15 days of purchase) Unfortunately the credit can not be applied to salon services. All jewelry, hair brushes, opened hair products, makeup, skin care and special order sales are final.
Redo
In the event that your service does not meet your expectations we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service. We ask that you contact us within 72 hours. Redos will be booked like a regular appointment, at no charge, and with the same stylist
